ASSAS Final Meeting, 7-9 April 2027: registration is open

Registration is now open for the ASSAS Final Meeting, taking place from 7 to 9 April 2027 at the ASNR premises in Fontenay-aux-Roses, France (Greater Paris area).

The ASSAS project develops a proof-of-concept severe accident simulator based on ASTEC, combining enhanced simulation capabilities with state-of-the-art acceleration techniques and AI-based surrogate modelling. The project also contributes to knowledge transfer and to strengthening European capabilities in severe accident analysis.

Over 2.5 days, the Final Meeting will bring together project partners and the wider community to present the project’s main results and deliverables, including the simulator prototype, ASTEC enhancements and surrogate modelling methodologies. The programme will also feature a live real-time demonstration of the simulator, feedback from the first drive tests, and discussions on project conclusions, future perspectives and possible next steps.
